Your probably wondering from the date I started this why no news? Well simple really as my good friends at Talk talk managed to stop my existing broadband supplier from supplying me their broadband and cut me off their system all in the same day!!!
Even though they were instructed and agreed to waive the £70 disconnection charge due to the incompetence of then not knowing what they are doing, so for just short of 2 months I had no broadband at home!!! I could not do any work from home it's probably cost me hundreds of pounds in lost income.
Currently they keep writing to me to say they have noticed I have canceled my direct debit and please reinstate as they need the money, which I DON'T owe to them and the account has been closed since late December. Can't wait to see if I get then to take me to court for not paying for a service that I don't have
